Concept Of late, aquaculturists found it useful to employ water probiotic and soil probiotic every alternate week to control horizontal transmission of Vibrio and other pathogens from water to prawns/scampi/fish. Soil / pond bottom blackening / normalising decides the pH of the pond-water, phyto/zoo-plankton growth, DO, etc. The aquaculturists expect ideally that while soil probiotic takes care of the NH3, CO2, Methane, H2S, etc gases and enrich the soil continuously by phytonutrients, the water probiotic should check continuously vibrio and other pathogens without altering much any pond parameters including COD / BOD balance. In this backdrop, Nitronil and Vibriocheck combination in one pack comes very handy to aquaculturists offering triple benefits of:

   1. Specific antibiotics offering specific probiosis – water / soil separately
   2. High CFU’s facilitating direct application.
   3. High selectivity so easy adaptability to extreme conditions like 3 – 9.5 pH, 0-40 salinity, 15-45 deg.C temp, etc.

Dose : Every alternate week upto 10 weeks and as per advice of the Aquaculturist later on.

Nitronil : Yucca / Aloe & Organisms 100-200 gms / acre pond.
Vibriocheck: Variety of organisms all the three parts of Krebs Cycle – Nitrogen / Carbon / Sulphur as per the chart based on stocking density and DOC.
